Linio Home reserves the right to modify prices or product offers at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and confirmed.
- Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days via our approved shipping carriers.
Unforeseen delays beyond our control may occur (such as weather conditions or high shipping volumes during peak seasons); in such cases, we will notify the customer. The customer bears full responsibility for providing an incorrect address or failing to respond to the delivery representative; such actions may result in additional shipping charges.
- Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns are subject to the store's policy as published on the "Exchanges and Returns" page, provided the product remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on the store (including designs, images, logos, text, and icons) is the exclusive property of Liniohome and is protected by intellectual property laws. No party may use or copy such content without prior written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
Liniohome shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the misuse of products after delivery to the customer.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising therefrom.
