Linio Home Exchange and Return Policy
To ensure a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience for our customers at Linio Home, we offer the option to exchange or return products subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Exchange and Return Period
Customers have the right to request an exchange or return of the product within (7 days) of the order receipt date.
- Exchange and Return Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must meet the following criteria:
The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used, opened, or assembled.
It must be in its original packaging and carton, including all accessories and instruction manuals.
The original purchase invoice must be included with the request.
- Products Excluded from Exchange and Return
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned (unless there is a clear manufacturing defect):
Products customized or manufactured based on a special customer request.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
- Shipping Costs for Exchange and Return
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an order error (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product): Linio Home covers all return or exchange shipping costs.
If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product for other reasons (e.g., no longer wanting the product, change of mind): the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and the agreed-upon delivery fees for the replacement.
- Refund Process
The returned product is inspected upon arrival at our warehouses to verify its condition. If the conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 3 to 14 business days, either via the original payment method or through a direct bank transfer.
If the purchase was made using installment payment services (such as Tabby or Tamara), refunds will be processed in accordance with the respective company's approved policies.
